Service Description
Working with you to maintain strength and fitness during pregnancy and help build it back up post-birth. The focus is on low intensity, functional movements and strength. Pelvic floor exercises are included and I work with clients who have diastasis recti to help build core strength in a safe way. 1:1s include nutritional advice and support throughout the week. Babies are welcome to come along! 1:1s can be in an individual's home or in a local open space, location flexible. £45 per 45 minute session. Email tanyarundlept@gmail.com to book.
